Sukau Rainforest Lodge is situated on the edge of the Kinabatangan River amid tropical rainforest. The lodge is situated about a 10 minute boat trip upriver of Sukau. It offers the rare luxury of perfect solitude and tranquillity with luxuriant vegetation.
The lodge has been built in traditional Malaysian style, and makes use of local Borneo timbers. All the rooms have a solar powered fan, twin beds, attached bathrooms and solar hot water. The lodge has won a number of environmental and tourism awards since it was built a couple of years ago.
